Steeped in history, Round Top, TX is a charming Texas town located on Cummins Creek in northern Fayette County. According to local lore, the town earned its name from "the house with the round top," which happened an early stagecoach destination that was located approximately a mile from the town's present site.
Today Round Top is the site for the much anticipated spring and fall Antique Weekend (Round Top Antiques Fair). Other year round events include music performances at Festival Hill, fine art at the gallery at Round Top, or weekend antiquing at the many local shops.
